Kadayawan Supersize Boodle Fight Meal
This week, people of Davao celebrates Kadayawan Festival for the city's bountiful harvest.

To make it even more special, Park Inn by Radisson Davao brings to us its special Supersize Boodle Fight Meal, from August 15 until August 31. Local foodies and those visiting Davao for the fun activities during the Kadayawan can enjoy the special menu all throughout the week for Lunch and Dinner at RBG, all day dining restaurant.

RBG made a twist to their usual Supersize family meal offering by making it a Boodle Fight style. You have the exciting option to eat with your bare hands and sharing the food with your friends and family over the big banana leaves as your plate! Spells FUN, right? Who would have thought that eating casually like this is possible in a posh hotel like Park Inn? It sure is a great way to savor delectable Filipino cuisine and bond with people who matter.
Boodle fight style: Grilled Squid, Grilled Tuna Belly/Bangus, Grilled Shrimp, Chicken Inasal, Fried Tilapia, Fried Crablets, Crispy Pork Belly, Lumpia, Pancit
Kinilaw with Pomelo Salad
Grilled Vegetable Salad with Chevre Cheese ---> this is really good, grilled eggplant blends perfectly well with kesong put (white cheese) and tomatoes

Desserts: Special Davao Cake (has a creamy Durian filling!) and Fresh Fruits in season
Pojito - Mojito infused with the local Pomelo ---> surprisingly refreshing thirst quencher
The menu which is perfect for groups of 6-7 persons includes: Grilled Vegetable Salad with Chevre Cheese, Kinilaw with Pomelo Salad, Tinolang Manok Soup, Grilled Squid, Grilled Tuna Belly, Grilled Shrimp, Chicken Inasal, Fried Tilapia, Fried Crablets, Crispy Pork Belly, Lumpia, Pancit, Special Davao Cake and Fresh Fruits.  It comes with Plain and Garlic Rice, plus a pitcher of drink on the menu all for only Php1,999.00 net.

 As an added treat, Fujifilm Instax PH gives all boodle fight group diners one complimentary Instax photo printout (per group) as token. Their picture will also be added on the “Wall of Memories”, giving them a chance to win a gift certificate during the raffle on September 3.
