Awesome Music and Great Food at 801 Infinity Bar
By ketchupthelatest - June 15, 2016
801 Infinity Restobar just opened its doors last week. A cowboy-themed restobar, located along Palma Gil St., Obrero, it is the brainchild of 15 musicians who used to hang out in the area often. The previous owner offered to sell the place to the Magic 15 and the rest is history.
This latest to-go place in Davao City plays the finest music everyday. The owner wanted this to be a a hub for musicians and young professionals who love and appreciate good music.
I was there during the opening, and it was such a happy place with beautiful music (mostly RnB, Soul, Pop, Disco) sang by various artists who are winners in their field. Most of them joined and won in the WCOPA, an international competition--the same contest where Filipino singer Jed Madela rose to fame.
801 Infinity Restobar's menu offers mainly Filipino cuisine such as Sizzling dishes, Kilawing Kambing, Kinilaw/sinuglaw, Crispy Pata and Buttered Chicken among others. They also serve Sausage & Fries, Gambas, Calamares, Buffalo Wings and Kropek Platter dishes if you want to order it with their wide variety of drinks and cocktails. These are so affordably priced and taste fantastic, too.
So expect to have fun with friends and family, eating good food while listening to great music.
Happy hour starts at 5:00 pm. Acoustic duo are playing from 5-9 pm then the live band plays at 9pm until12:30am.
