Kinda tired of the usual menu from food chains and other restos? Why don't you try and visit this new restaurant on the block, Potions Grille and Restobar? Conveniently located at the heart of the city, at Plaza de Bolem , J.P. Laurel Avenue corner Torres Street, it serves fusion of Korean, Japanese, Italian, Filipino and several other international dishes.
Together with other bloggers, I got lucky to sample some of their recipes last week. They are tasty and very affordable. Most of the dishes are between Php 180 to Php300.
Korean Appetizer Dish composed of: Sweetened Banana, Hungarian Sausage Kimchi and Kamote Chips) |
Kimchi Jigae Pork |
Seafood Special This is my favorite from Potions. If you are craving for seafood, then this platter of fresh large shrimps, squid and tuna would surely satisfy you all for P800 pesos! |
Fried Salmon Sushi |
Lechon Kawali This may be a classic recipe found in almost all Filipino restaurants, but men, this melt-in-your-mouth, oh-so-tender and crunchy Lechon Kawali is a must-eat at Potions. (Php 250) |
BBQ Back Ribs |
California Maki |
Spicy Fried Chicken |
Fish Cutlet |
Tequila Sunrise, Lemongrass Juice, Potions Juice and Orange Juice |
Toasted Almonds |
The friendly staff and management of Potions Grille |
You would be surprised that the people behind all these-mouth watering food are still young!
